We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and cash. A 50% deposit is required at booking, with the balance due 48 hours before departure.
Yes, premium beach towels are provided complimentary for all our guests. We also provide eco-friendly sunscreen.
While not mandatory, gratuities are appreciated. The industry standard for exceptional service is 15-20% of the charter price.
Swimsuit, sunglasses, hat, and camera! We provide towels, sunscreen, snorkeling gear, and all beverages. Don't forget your smile!
Premium beverages included: champagne, wines, beers, soft drinks. Gourmet catering available on request with our partner chefs. Vegetarian, vegan, and allergen-free options available.
Cancel without justification until 72 hours before: 4% transaction fee kept (except cash payments). 48 hours before: 50% deposit refund. 24 hours before: no refund.
Your safety is our priority. If weather conditions are unfavorable, we'll offer an alternative date at no charge or a full refund. Our captains monitor weather 24h before departure.
All our yachts are equipped with certified life jackets, first aid kit, VHF radio, and GPS. Our captains are certified and first-aid trained. Full insurance included.
