We accept payments by bank card, bank transfer, and cash. A 50% deposit is required at booking, with the balance due 48 hours before departure.
Yes, premium quality beach towels are provided free of charge to all our guests. We also provide eco-friendly sunscreen.
While not mandatory, tips are appreciated. The standard amount in the yachting industry is 15-20% of the charter price for exceptional service.
Swimsuit, sunglasses, hat, and camera! We provide towels, sunscreen, snorkeling gear, and all drinks. Don't forget your smile!
Premium drinks included: champagne, wines, beers, soft drinks. Gourmet catering available on request with our partner chefs. Vegetarian, vegan, and allergen-free options available.
Cancellation without justification up to 72 hours before: 4% transaction fees retained (except cash payment). 48 hours before: 50% deposit refund. 24 hours before: no refund.
Your safety is our priority. If weather conditions are unfavorable, we will offer you an alternative date at no cost or a full refund. Our captains monitor the weather 24 hours before departure.
All our yachts are equipped with certified life jackets, first aid kit, VHF radio, and GPS. Our captains are certified and trained in first aid. Comprehensive insurance included.
