WHAT IS THE E-FOIL?

The eFoil is an electric-powered hydrofoil surfboard, merging elements of surfing, flying, and technology for a unique water sports experience. It consists of a board equipped with an electric motor mounted on a hydrofoil attached to the board’s underside. When the motor is activated, it propels the board forward, and as the speed increases, the hydrofoil lifts the board above the water surface, enabling the rider to “fly” or glide smoothly over the water.

This innovative design provides a sensation of flying over water with less drag and smoother rides compared to traditional surfboards. Riders control the speed with a handheld wireless remote, blending aspects of jet skiing, surfing, and flying.
